Blood Orange Sauce Tuna Western Cuisine Recipes

Blood Orange Sauce Tuna Materials:
- 200 g. tuna meat
- 30 g mixed spice *)
- 10 ml olive oil
- 50 ml orange juice
- 20 g brown sugar

Blood Orange Sauce Tuna Method:
- Cut the tuna a rectangular shape and sprinkle spice mixture.
- Heat a non-stick skillet, pour olive oil.
- Cook the tuna for 1 minute per side.
- Cook the orange juice and sugar in a saucepan until thick.
- Cut the tuna into three equal parts and put them in the middle of the plate.
- Place the fennel on top of it and give an orange sauce.
- Complete with salad vegetables. Serve immediately

*) This spice mix can be made from paprika powder, cumin powder, fennel powder, pepper and Italian Seasoning. Types of spices can be adjusted to taste.

Fresh mangoes are sweet and sour sauce so delicious the chicken for a spicy black pepper seasoned. Hmm .. feel sensation on the tongue while enjoying it!

Chicken Salad Material:
150 g chicken fillets
1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
½ tsp black peppercorns, crushed slightly smoother
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
200 g lettuce, torn roughly
1 red tomatoes, thinly sliced
75 g baby green beans, blansir
200 g of mango flesh, diced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon zest
½ tsp sugar
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt

Chicken Salad Method:
- Marinate chicken fillet with BBQ sauce, pepper and vegetable oil until blended.
- Cook on griddle flat to change the color and cooked both sides.
- Lift, roughly sliced. Set aside.
- Arrange the salad ingredients in the bowl / serving dish.
- Pour sauce and stir well.
- Sprinkle the chicken pieces.
- Serve immediately for the fourth person

Cooking Recipes - Sweet Cornbread Recipe

This easy cornbread recipe takes only a few minutes to prepare. But the result is a tender, slightly sweet cornbread that goes perfectly with chili, salad or soup. Amazingly, this cornbread recipe has no butter or oil. It gets its tenderness from yogurt and honey.


2 cups baking mix (such as Bisquick)
6 Tbsp. cornmeal
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 large eggs
1/2 cup honey
1 cup non-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk

Sweet Cornbread Recipe


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, stir together the baking mix, cornmeal, baking powder and baking soda.
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, yogurt and skim milk. Pour into the dry ingredients.
Mix gently, until there are no lumps of flour showing, but do not overmix.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake 28-34 minutes, until golden brown.

Cooking Recipes - Almond Chicken

1/3 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 cups reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
3 tablespoons orange marmalade
1 tablespoon light margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Almond Chicken

   1. Whisk together first 5 ingredients. Place in a shallow dish, reserving 1/4 cup mixture. Add chicken to dish; cover and chill 1 hour. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
   2. Cook chicken in 1 teaspoon hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes on each side or until done. Remove chicken, reserving drippings in skillet
   3. Add reserved 1/4 cup marinade mixture and chicken broth, stirring to remove bits from bottom of skillet. Stir together cornstarch and water; add to broth mixture. Bring to a boil; cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute.
   4. Stir in marmalade and next 4 ingredients. Return chicken to skillet; spoon sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with parsley and almonds.

Makes 4 servings.

Cooking Recipes - Stir-Fried Pork Burritos

1 pound lean boneless pork loin, cut into 1/8-inch strips
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium onion, peeled and sliced, separated into rings
1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
4 large flour tortillas

   1. Place pork in shallow bowl. In small bowl stir together garlic, oregano, cumin, seasoned salt, orange juice, vinegar and hot pepper sauce; pour over pork and toss gently to mix. Let pork marinate briefly, 10 minutes.
   2. In large heavy skillet heat oil over high heat. Remove pork from marinade, discarding any remaining marinade. Stir-fry pork, onion and green pepper until pork is no longer pink, about 3 to 5 minutes.
   3. Roll up equal portions of pork mixture in flour tortillas and serve to eat out-of-hand.
